Cuisine & Hospitality

Chef de Cuisine

Philippe Bousquet

His passion for cooking comes from his mother, who introduced him early on to French-Burgundian cuisine. Over forty years of professional experience — and a menu he constantly develops, technically and in taste, inspired by his travels and the exchange with colleagues.

„A menu is finished when the season is over.“

Owner & Host

Raffaella Correngia

Raised in the family business in Lombardy, ten years of experience, co-founder in 2005 — the good soul of the house. Italian charm, love of detail and a professional service that turns an evening into an occasion. For the wine list she regularly attends the fairs.

„Guests arrive as strangers. They leave as regulars.“

The focus is on France and the Mediterranean — from recommended everyday wines to true rarities. For us, the enjoyment of wine is part of food culture, not an afterthought.

Guests ask

Can I have the menu as a vegetarian version?

Yes. Upon request we prepare the entire menu vegetarian — simply let us know when you reserve.

Can I order à la carte?

No — there is one regularly changing menu. You only choose the length: 5, 6 or 7 courses. With the 5-course menu you decide between the cheese course and the dessert.

How do I reserve a table?

Easiest online via our reservation page — or by phone on 089 487220. With around 35 seats we recommend reserving a few days in advance.

How does the credit card guarantee for reservations work?

When reserving, you provide a credit card as a guarantee for your table. A no-show fee is only charged if a reservation is not cancelled or changed in time. Please let us know in good time if you cannot keep your reservation or if the number of guests changes. A fee may also apply if a change in the number of guests is not communicated in time. The credit card is charged exclusively within the scope of our cancellation and no-show conditions.

Do you host private events?

For private events and exclusive occasions you can contact us by e-mail at any time. We offer individual options for groups and events and, on request, open our restaurant exclusively for your event on Saturdays or Sundays.

Can I buy a gift voucher?

Simply send us a request by e-mail. We will then send you all the information on the vouchers, the purchase and the process.

When is the restaurant open?

Monday to Friday from 6 pm to midnight. Closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Is there a non-alcoholic accompaniment to the menu?

Yes, instead of the wine pairing we are happy to put together a non-alcoholic accompaniment for you.
