1. Controller

2. Hosting & server log files
When you visit this website, the web server automatically processes information transmitted by your browser (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure secure operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). It is not merged with other data sources; the log data is deleted after a short period.
3. Cookies & local storage
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. On your first visit, a notice asks whether external content (Google Maps, Zenchef) may be loaded — your decision is stored solely in your browser (localStorage, key “atelier-consent-v1”) and is not transmitted to us. You can change or withdraw it at any time: via the “External content” link in the footer, via the buttons on the respective content, or by clearing your browser data. In the protected administration area (/admin) a technically necessary session cookie is set; visitors to the website are not affected.
4. Google Maps (consent required)
On the reservation page we embed a map from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) — but only after you have expressly consented to loading it (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), in the notice on your first visit or directly at the map. No data is transmitted to Google before your consent. When loaded, Google receives your IP address among other data; Google may transfer data to the USA. Further information: policies.google.com/privacy. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
5. Zenchef reservation (consent required)
For online reservations we use the booking widget by Zenchef (Zenchef SAS, Paris, France). This, too, is only loaded after your express consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) — in the notice on your first visit or directly at the widget. When you make a reservation, Zenchef processes the data you enter (name, contact details, reservation request) on our behalf in order to carry out the booking (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). 6. Reservation by phone or e-mail
If you reserve by phone or e-mail, we process the data provided (name, contact details, date, special requests) solely to carry out the reservation (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and delete it as soon as it is no longer required for that purpose.
7. Fonts
The fonts used are served locally from our server. No connection to Google Fonts servers is established.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — in Bavaria: Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Ansbach.
